Shadow Shot Sunday!

Hey, have you become a shadow hunter yet? If not you're missing a whole bunch of fun! Shadow Shot Sunday is hosted each week by Hey Harriet! Click on her name to sign up and start looking for shadows to share!

My shadow passion has become colored shadows and I love this ruby red vase, but another fun thing was discovering the reflections in the window as well!

The next two were taken on our deck -- where I spend so much time during the spring and summer. One of my favorite places!

And the last one is shadows in the sand at my favorite beach!

I'm glad you have developed a passion for colored shadows. You come up with some great one. I also love the criss cross shadows and boards.

Oh fun!!!

Your patterns on the sand remind me of the time we had a partial solar eclipse in Illinois. I remember the ground covered with the half moon disks of the eclipse on our playground under all the trees. I WISH I had my camera with me!!!

It's fascinating what you can find in a photo. You got shadows both inside and outside in the first photo. I like the shadows on your deck as well :)
Happy SSS!

Love the first one! And your deck looks like a lovely spot. I can imagine sitting there sipping coffee. Or maybe something a little cooler during spring and summer. Enjoy the rest of your weekend :)

What lovely sunshine you had! We've been a bit overcast this week, but we do need the rain, so we won't complain!!

I love the red reflection from the shadow of the vase. You inspire me to pay more attention to colors in shadows. I tend to be a sucker for dark, detailed ones.

That ruby red vase is lovely. The shadows on the deck look fabulous meaning it must have been nice enough weather to sit there. I love sitting outside!

Lovely shadows as always! The colored shadows are beautiful. My favorite today are the shadows on your deck ... especially in the second to the last photo ;--)
Thanks for visiting mine at Happily Retired Gal this week. I've shared a few more of my sister's travel photos this week and one of my own at Sacred Ruminations.
Hugs and blessings,

The red vase made a beautiful shadow! And your deck looks like a perfect place to read, enjoy a refreshing drink, and listen to the birds. Happy new week!
