U is for something as small as Utensils!

U is for Ute Indians!

U is for Utopia! Anyone been there lately!

U is for Unnecessary, or perhaps, Useful! Well, you get the picture, U is an Utterly important letter!

You certainly found a lot of important "U's"
The first thing that popped into my mind was the Phoenix airport. In my opinion, the absolute worst airport ever. It is a huge U shape.

Hey, I live in Utah and my husband used to work with the Ute Indians and the Bureau of Indian Affairs. There aren't many U words it seems but I love UTAH!

Utopia. I must have fallen off the route, for a bit! Utterly delightful post - the universe is a day by day wonder. Where would we be without utensils!

Wonderful List of U's. I am building and testing my own version of Utopia. What is perfect is different for each and every One.

Great photos for U.
I am working on understanding the universe. I am unclear.Your photograph is so amazing. I think I need a warm beach and a clear nights sky to better understand.

Clever and original choices for the letter U. I enjoyed them. Didn't know there was a city named Utopia.

Great Us! I looked the Utopias up in Wikipedia and learned that there is one that was formed as a commune by anarchists. They must have had great hopes for their town.
But I prefer the utopias that can be reached by opening a book.

Oh that it be that utterly easy to find utopia in the universe.

Your first photo is glorious! We are so insignificant, mere ants in the grand scheme of things.

What Can I Say?
I'm interested in almost everything. Use to like to travel, but it's too expensive now. I take Tai Chi classes, swim, volunteer in a Jump-start program for pre-schoolers. I'm an avid reader and like nearly everyone these days I follow politics avidly. I'm a former teacher and Special Projects Coordinator for a Telecommunications company, Assistant to the President of a Japanese silicon wafer manufacturing company. Am now enjoying retirement -- most of the time. I have two daughters, one son-in-law and two sons scattered all over the country. No grandchildren.
