MicroFiction Monday
>Susan at Stony River Farm hosts Microfiction Monday. She posts a picture and you compose a story in 140 characters. You can click on the icon to get further instructions. To help you along she has posted a wonderful link that counts your characters for you! How great is that! You can get the counter at Design 215.
This meme is easy and it's fun! Thanks, Susan for hosting.
And here's the picture for this Microfiction Monday!
He watched her staring at the poster.
Don't worry hon, I'm not enlisting.
Good thing, you couldn't pass the physical any more than I could!

Ah, those physicals are hard. Nicely done.
Hi its still me from random short stories but having starting to do more 140 and less character bits I decided to set up this site Random Twitter Stories. refreshing/recycling some old twitter stories to get it going. Anyway back to yours... yes but did they fall in love and remember this moment for ever?
Nice Sylvia;
The wife sure wasn't stroking her husbands ego now was she?
Loved your idea.
It's fun, right pal? So glad you joined!
Gotta love those physicals, I got one coming up soon, need to renew my drivers licence so as I can drive the buses.
Nice take on the photo.
Ouch and phew. I sure did enjoy that, Sylvia. I love the way you see things.
Haha!! I love the great twist you always put on these! Can't tell you how much I'm enjoying them! More, please!!
I love the different angles that are brought to light. Nice dig!
This hit home, as my husband has a flat foot which would have given him a 4-F rating.
THAT is funny!
ROFL! You know men all right: "Don't worry hon" and sure enough she wasn't!!
It might have been herself on the poster and he didn't even notice!
:-D
Good one, Sylvia!
LOL...too good my friend. Nothing like stroking an ego :) LOL :) Well done :)
Good one Sylvia!
I can visualize the whole scene played out between the two of them!
No love lost between those two by the sound of it. Great take on the picture, Sylvia :-) Hope you have a cracking good week.
I have tagged you for the Hershey's Better Basket Blog Hop HERE.
What a long way we've come, hey?
(And I'm sure I couldn't pass the physical either - just the thought of all those pushups makes me want to take a nap LOL.)
The truth hurts, no?
i don't think i'd pass the psychological tests.
MicroFiction Monday - Sh!
Good take on it, and too true.
ouch! and ROFLMAO!
great story!
Man, if physicals were a requirement for all jobs, too many of us would be unemployed for all the wrong reasons. :)
I like the spin on this one.
I tried to pass the physical. They told me to come back when I was a half-inch taller. Pft.
Yes who wants to pass the physical anyway, let's be happy we don't get drafted! :)
