Our World Tuesday!!

Every spring is the only spring - a perpetual astonishment.
Ellis Peterson

Spring is making a serious attempt to put in an appearance in my part of our world these days! And a wonderful world it is with a beautiful  coastline and blue, blue water, Mt. Rainier watching over everything, terrific places to find colorful plants and flowers, delightful, different places to eat or have tea, and of course, the colorful skies!!

Time for "Our World" again! This is a wonderful way to find the beauty, the fun, the good and even the bad things about Our World and to share them! Hope you will join us! Click on the link  to go to the Our World site and sign up!!

Your part of the world sounds wonderful Sylvia, spring really is the best time of the year. I was so disappointed that we didn't get the forecast rain this weekend, it's been sooooo long! Ah well soon enough I'll probably be complaining of too much rain!!

A beautiful collage indeed, Sylvia. Can you please send some of your rain this way, we need it desperately. It feels like another drought is starting.

I like the golden glow on the mountain and the flowers sure look promising for spring. It is easy to get excited and start planting but my guess is that it is still just a little too early.

I do like that mountain!

The little tomatoes are a real treat - I find it hard not to just snack on them when I walk past the tomato bowl! Well, I suppose I could do a lot worse!

Those pictures are so beautiful and, along with the quote, make me homesick for spring! (The old fashioned Pacific Northwest kind). Thanks for the memories -- and thanks for all you do for all us bloggers.

What Can I Say?
I'm interested in almost everything. Use to like to travel, but it's too expensive now. I take Tai Chi classes, swim, volunteer in a Jump-start program for pre-schoolers. I'm an avid reader and like nearly everyone these days I follow politics avidly. I'm a former teacher and Special Projects Coordinator for a Telecommunications company, Assistant to the President of a Japanese silicon wafer manufacturing company. Am now enjoying retirement -- most of the time. I have two daughters, one son-in-law and two sons scattered all over the country. No grandchildren.
