And the new day for our world is in our hands, it can be as bright as we choose to make it. It won't be a bright new day however unless we all participate, unless we all take part in bringing about change, in spreading joy and love and beauty wherever and whenever we can -- big things, litttle things, it's not the size that matters. And not just waiting for an opportunity to present itself, open your eyes and look around you, open your heart to all you see --the opportunities are there, everywhere waiting for us. Have a bright and beautiful weekend.
No, I'm not really just a goody-two shoes, I just believe we can all make a difference, the choice is ours.

I have often felt as if my children held the sun and the moon in their hands. I tried one gorgeous night in the Canyonlands of Utah to capture such a photograph of my daughter with the moon. It turned outto be an "eh" picture... but a great memory.
Your words are a perfect match to the picture. Such lovely insight.
Advice frosted with great wisdom.
Thanks Sylvia. I shall ttry and adhere to your counsel and your example.
I'm ever so pleased to hear that you're not a goody two shoes. Although, I hadn't been inclined to think of you that way. Too much spunk and vinegar has been splattered on the pages of your writing. Too much fun!
clink! To a bright New Year!
great photo and advice...on to more and new opportunities each day.
Hi, Sylvia
Thank you for the inspirational words. You're not a goody-two-shoes. You're interjecting much needed wisdom, which we can all use in guiding us into the new year.
Gorgeous photo, too.
Yeaaaa!
You're so right, Sylvia and that photo is really amazing!
I'm with you Sylvia. I'm ready to participate in change!
I really like the photo Sylvia and the sentiment you expressed in your post even moreso. I dont see you as a goody two shoes either. You have amazing energy, honesty and humour. Love coming here regularly for a dose of it all too.!
We can make a difference, especially when we start with ourselves. I'm working on it.
So well put! We all do what we can, even if for some it's just holding the vision!
I love the photo.
Nice shot... and I am ready for something new... and I believe it can be something good! Happy New Year!
I'm with you there Sylvia. Each one of us CAN make a difference. If we realise that, great things will happen.

That would be a great advertisement for Solar Energy.I can feel a poem coming on!
Ditto[to the previous comments]. I'd like to see a kinder atmosphere become more widespread with a whole lot more of random acts of kindness in place.
