That's My World

That's My World is hosted each week by Klaus and the My World team, Klaus, Sandy, Wren, Fishing Guy and myself. It's a great chance to show and share the beautiful, the interesting things that fill your world! Click on the icon to sign up and join the fun. Please do read and follow the directions before you sign up! Thank you!

This weekend was busy -- fun, but busy and I suddenly realized I had nothing prepared for That's My World! I've focused on the magnificent places in the Pacific Northwest and other places that have been my world at some time in my life. But today I'm going to share the lovely world that surrounds me each and every day.

This is our deck where I spend so much time during the spring and summer and all year taking pictures of the beautiful skies.

And my best four legged friends who follow me everywhere! Mojo the Most, who thinks she's still a lap dog!

And Sam Schnauzer, who assumes that my bed is his bed!

What can I say??? Who can resist that face???

Or this one?

Then there are the skies that I see every day from that same deck -- not always colorful, but more frequently than not!

Then five minutes out of our driveway and this is what awaits me!

Or this!

How can I complain about My World!!

Hi: I sure like your world. I look forward to being able to meet you some time this late Spring or early summer and have some refreshmnets out on your deck. Btw, I appreciated your thoughtful comments on what the role religions should play. As Voltaire said in Candide to spoof Leibnitz "In the best of all possible worlds"

Lovely part of Your World Sylvia. I adore those precious pooches too. Love all your photos but the one of you with that big, beautiful 'lap dog' is precious.

Thanks for sharing. I have a deck similar to yours and my wife and I spend a lot of time there especially spring, summer, and fall. Most of the rest of our yard is turned into a vegetable garden

Is your deck where you have most of your meals too? I have a deck, but it is basically for my laundry.

Lovely world you live in but I do think you need a bigger lap or a smaller dag! What would life be without our furry friends.

Sylvia, you just cannot complain with all that I have seen like the beautiful deck. Mojo and the skies. A heaven on earth. All the best.

Louise said...

No, I wouldn't be complaining. I love Mojo and his lap-dog qualities, and Sam makes me think of my cats; my bed is not my own.

Thanks for your visit. You're a great SWF/MWT moderator. Since I've resigned, I've actually been able to visit a little more. I sort of miss being on the team, but I do more real visiting now which I like.
