Confused????

I  became confused when I heard the word "Service" used with these agencies:

Internal Revenue
'Service' U.S. Postal  'Service' Telephone 'Service' Cable TV 'Service'  State, City, County & Public 'Service' Customer 'Service'
This is not what I thought
'Service' meant.
But today, I overheard two farmers talking, and one of them said he had hired a bull to 'Service' a few cows.

BAM!!!  It all came into focus.  Now I understand what all those agencies are doing to us.
You are now as enlightened as I am.

How do you know when it is time to "hang up the car keys"?

I SAY WHEN YOUR DOG HAS THIS LOOK ON HIS FACE!!!

A picture is worth a thousand words!

Sylvia: Cute post, we certainly don't get serviced as well as the bull gives.

I saw a commercial on one of the Seattle TV stations, not sure which one, for repairmen "Servicing the Seattle Area for 20 Years." Made me think of that farmer and his cows.

Hah, you make me laugh. I'll never think about service in the same way again.

That dog... That's the way people look when I drive. What are you telling me?

Sylvia, you are just too funny! I was serviced by my bank today and it was not funny - hah! I hate it when the banks sell out to another bank and then you have to start all over... grrrr.

Love the dog in the car!

Classic, Sylvia, I hope my dog never looks like that when I'm driving. And I'm in the telephone industry so I have no idea what you're talking about :-)

It’s funny, but really not a matter of laugh. I think many people in my country have a look like the dog, anxious about the way how this country is led.

This cut close to the bone with the car keys.
Hope you don't mind me sending it on to my granddaughter.

That political bull story was right up my alley!

What Can I Say?
I'm interested in almost everything. Use to like to travel, but it's too expensive now. I take Tai Chi classes, swim, volunteer in a Jump-start program for pre-schoolers. I'm an avid reader and like nearly everyone these days I follow politics avidly. I'm a former teacher and Special Projects Coordinator for a Telecommunications company, Assistant to the President of a Japanese silicon wafer manufacturing company. Am now enjoying retirement -- most of the time. I have two daughters, one son-in-law and two sons scattered all over the country. No grandchildren.
