Beautiful reflections Sylvia!
Beautiful! I particularly like the second one.
Terrific shots. Of course I love the duck one! The last one really sets a mood and goes with the quote excellently. Have a great weekend.
The reflection of the sun is stunning, but the last one is really awsome : I just love this red shadow on the white web... The composition, with the glasses is really nice too.
Beautiful reflections Sylvia.
Happy weekend!
Regina
Your photos are breathtaking!! Delicate colors of shimmering ripples give me peace and tranquility.
Thank you, Sylvia. Have a great weekend!
I love the Barrymore quote and the golden tones in the photo that it accompanies.
BEAUTIFUL photos Sylvia! Each one of them! I can't pick between them for my favorite...
Stunning photos. I love them all, but something about that last photo fills my heart and soul.
La première a ma préférence, comme un Etang au Nymphéas de Monnet !
The top one is like a painting, the middle one is stunning and I love the lighting and mood in the bottom photo. Bravo!
Have a great weekend!
Very lovely reflections. I love the second shot.
I like the big ship about the cut through the reflection. We had some rain and we're expecting mega-windy conditions. Hopefully we will get some sun soon, I need to take some photos!
the colors in the water surrounding the sweet ducks are so beautiful
like a wonderful painting
Bonjour dear Sylvia,
These reflections shots are so beautiful, difficult to choose one.The duck friend there is adorable and the sunset a lovely postcard. And I'm impressed by so beautiful composition in your last picture.
Time for a good book? :)
Enjoy your weekend!

Lovely tranquil shots! I particularly love the glasses...:)
Lynette
They are all very nice, but the glasses with red reflections is very unique.
I love the second shot!
Your photos and quotes are always just wonderful, but Sylvia, that last photo and accompanying quote is absolutely my favorite of all!!~karen
Don't we live in a beautiful place?
... as if painted. wonderful.
please have a good weekend.

Excellent reflections. The greens on the water seem an impressionist painting. In the second highlights romantically silhouetted trees. In the third beautiful shades of red on the glasses.
Lovely..!
Great reflections. The first one is my favourite. The hues of green and blue are so beautiful!
I agree with James! It looks like a painting;o)

Have a happy weekend, Sylvia****
All three are great, but the sunlight in the second one is fabulous!
I sure am glad that you have these wonderful 'old' photos to go through and to share with us. I really like the red reflection on the table with the glasses. That is truly a work of art.
Beautiful, beautiful. And I love the quotes.
Happy weekend.
Hi Sylvia, I get so inspired by your photos! All of them are so beautiful. Love the duck...and the last photo makes one think about the possibilities of reflections without water!
Your first picture could be a painting by Monet; the impressionist painter ! It's beautiful !
Such pretty reflections! Especially love the glow of light on the water in the second photo!
Great photos. I like the one with the red glass the bestest. I love the quote about old age, dreams, and regrets. I hope that I never grow old.
Have a great weekend Sylvia.
beautiful as usual!!
a duck in a lake under willow trees. This photo may well be taken in my Western Spring's lake.
Has spring sprung?
Your reflections are always delightful to see, especially your wonderful colored glass.
Have a lovely weekend.

I like the theme of the importance of dreams, and your photos go along with that beautifully.
The surface of the water looks like delicate silk crepe. Beautiful captures!
just magnificent
I agree with namaki... that your first photo resembles a Monet painting... Just beautiful reflections.
I hope that you have a wonderful weekend, my dear!

Very good quotes :).
Happy Weekend Sylvia.
Love the John Barrymore quote... Wonderful, the pics are lovely too...
Have a wonderful day:-)
The top shot could be a painting from one of the French impressionist artists. Beautiful, Sylvia!
I sing because it's the stuff of life. And a wonderful pond with duck and reflections to go with a good quote. Enjoy your weekend, Sylvia!
This reflection is perfect and very gorgeous! It creates an atmosphere of peace.
Dear Sylvia!
Please don't apologize for not visiting my blog, for that is not true. You are always there encouraging us all to continue blogging. You have always a kind word for everybody.
New Zealand is daily in my thoughts I hope that our blogging friend and her family is safe. My daughter lives in Australia and there they have to face all kind of other natural disasters like the recent flood and the cyclones. The weather all over the whole world is unbalanced.
lovely photos, specially the mallard...
Can't get enough of those sun rays! Happy weekend!
Sylvia, Again, another great series of shots. Lovely, interesting, and "reflective". Mickie :)
