Sun poisoning? Ugh!! That pretty much goes with the severe case of bursitis in my shoulder! Put me out of commission for a spell here. I hope you've recovered enough to enjoy this long weekend. Don't forget your hat!!!
Do get well! We often think of Seattle and rain. But of course, you have provided lots of sunny exposure pictures this summer, so perhaps it was sunnier in clime up there. Nevertheless, your archives show lots of shadows, my favorite the wet doggie. Your archives are lovely, too...

I finally looked it up on the web. I had never heard of it before. Here we cover up automatically (long non-transparent) sleeves and hat. I do wish you a speedy recovery.

Looks like a Chesapeake Bay retriever having a great summer's day...but alas, I'll be doing the traditional Sunday dinner of fried chicken...nuff said!

We Canadians also have Labor Day long weekend .. I am bumping into a lot of people who think it is only the States that do that .. seems funny that yet again Canada is out in the "cold" ? LOL

I may be 72, but I can remember vividly the time I got sun poisoning as a teenager in south Florida. It was the worst. I was sosososo sick. Hope you feel better soon. I have been down and out for 2 weeks with torn cartilage in my right knee. The laptop put too much pressure on the knee and sitting at the computer table was painful, too. Consequently I have been out of commission for what seems like ages. Glad you were able to hit your saved photos from days past because they have created a grand mosaic. Love the shot with the dog.
