What Can I Say?
I'm interested in almost everything. Use to like to travel, but it's too expensive now. I take Tai Chi classes, swim, volunteer in a Jump-start program for pre-schoolers. I'm an avid reader and like nearly everyone these days I follow politics avidly. I'm a former teacher and Special Projects Coordinator for a Telecommunications company, Assistant to the President of a Japanese silicon wafer manufacturing company. Am now enjoying retirement -- most of the time. I have two daughters, one son-in-law and two sons scattered all over the country. No grandchildren.

I love this picture, it's a hoot. Bob goes to the hematologist this afternoon and it is snowing like crazy here. We'll be okay if it's only snow.
I am asking that same question??? We got hit with an ice storm last night and are supposed to get another round tonight. We may lose power if we get anymore ice. I am so ready for it to be over.

We had our first real snow today. Maybe a half inch - so far. Could be more tonight. You'd laugh to see this I'm sure, but to me it's awful. Keeps me a prisoner indoors. I'm afraid to slip and fall on the ramp. Can't even go out for my own mail.
Everyone is longing for spring rather early this winter. It usually takes me until March.
