Pandas of the Day

Pandas always seem to know how to have fun and enjoy themselves and today with some lovely sunshine to make up for the snow yesterday, I'm feeling pretty much ready to go play, too!

OK mum, you can come and get me down now!!

I'm king of the WORLD!

Look deep into my eyes... You are feeling sleepy...

Happiness is a perfume you cannot pour on others without getting a few drops on yourself.

Love the Panda photos, Sylvia. They made me smile.

Great quote! So true.

I love these photos! It must be the black coloring around the eyes making them look much bigger that draws people to them Whatever it is, they are adorable.

Pandas always look so sweet and playful, but I bet like any other bear they can be dangerous.

Beautiful, though, aren't they?

I love pandas, and your photos made me smile. I lived in Vienna when their zoo had a new panda baby. They have some great videos of its first days online. Anyway, I love your blog--I'm a new blogger and can't believe the world I was missing out on. Keep posting!

I'm interested in almost everything. Use to like to travel, but it's too expensive now. I take Tai Chi classes, swim, volunteer in a Jump-start program for pre-schoolers. I'm an avid reader and like nearly everyone these days I follow politics avidly. I'm a former teacher and Special Projects Coordinator for a Telecommunications company, Assistant to the President of a Japanese silicon wafer manufacturing company. Am now enjoying retirement -- most of the time. I have two daughters, one son-in-law and two sons scattered all over the country. No grandchildren.
