ABC Wednesday - R

Time to play with the alphabet again and today's letter is R! ABC Wednesday is hosted by Mrs. Denise Nesbitt. Click here to sign up and play!

R is for Rainbow Roses! These are real, dyes are injected into the stem before the plant buds. They have blue ones and lavendar ones and they are exquisite AND expensive, as you can see!

And Raccoons!

For Red vegetables!

And for wishing you a Rainbow Day!

Rainbow roses?? Has somebody helped them along? :-). That reminds me - I must take a red or at least orange vegetable...

How did you do that - the rainbow roses??? Those raccoons are huge! Do you feed them? I heard that they can be rather mean...

Hope you are well-

Nancy

What a coincidence. I cited your previous ABC Wednesday-Q in my blog last night. I was intrigued with Queen.

Hmmm. I think I like regular roses better although there is something fascinating about these. The raccoons are adorable - Long ago, one lived in my yard and washed his food in the pool. Thanks for the rainbows!

Red roses.....great! Ruby roses.....unusual! Rose-coloured roses.......apt.
But rainbow roses? Too much human input.

Wow, are they real! If real, are they natural or bi0engineered? Truely amazing color.

The rainbow roses are pretty - but, IMHO not as pretty as naturally colored ones.

Great shot of the racoons! And the photo of the veggies makes me want to go eat a pepper!

I've never seen rainbow roses before; I think I prefer the natural colors:) Great shot of the raccoons! I really enjoyed your latest words of wisdom. The proverb about planting trees is so true.

On behalf of the team, thanks for participating this week.

I'm interested in almost everything. Use to like to travel, but it's too expensive now. I take Tai Chi classes, swim, volunteer in a Jump-start program for pre-schoolers. I'm an avid reader and like nearly everyone these days I follow politics avidly. I'm a former teacher and Special Projects Coordinator for a Telecommunications company, Assistant to the President of a Japanese silicon wafer manufacturing company.
