Doggies just adorable and always brighten my day. I remember making daisy chains. Do kids still do that I wonder?

Beautiful daiseys and cute dogs too. A deck is the perfect place to spend some summer time.

SYLVIA
I'm very much into D is for Decks (and patios) Sylvia. No nicer place to chat with friends or just take in the sunshine and Vitamin D that science now emphasises as a great protection against depression. You can feel it doing you good!

Love the daisies and deck, both very much 'summer'! And dogs, well nothing represents 'd' better than dogs! I love seeing yours!

Love your dogs' names! Thanks for the smile. ;-)

Yes, daisies and decks go so well with summer, don't they?

As you might expect I associate "deck" with ships :-). I didn't know this "version"!

I wonder if the ship and house derivations of the word deck are the same; lovely daisies.

Oh, three very good Ds! Four if you count both dogs!

Love the deck! And I bet both the daisies and the dogs look good out there!

A nice warm deck in the summer is lovely and I guess your cute dogs feel the same.

Great "D"s. I love my deck, too, and I don't know how I ever could forget DOGS! Cute ones you have. I also liked the pics of your fun week reunion with your family. Looked like a great time! Thanks for stopping by my blog!

You have a lovely deck. I suppose you eat a lot out there.

We have one, but is rather small and I don't like it when it is too cold to be outside.

Teaching pays peanuts, but we get returns from hugs from the children. That is priceless.

You must be very good in art.

I'm interested in almost everything. Use to like to travel, but it's too expensive now. I take Tai Chi classes, swim, volunteer in a Jump-start program for pre-schoolers. I'm an avid reader and like nearly everyone these days I follow politics avidly. I'm a former teacher and Special Projects Coordinator for a Telecommunications company, Assistant to the President of a Japanese silicon wafer manufacturing company. Am now enjoying retirement -- most of the time. I have two daughters, one son-in-law and two sons scattered all over the country. No grandchildren.
