ABC Wednesday - K!

Got your dictionary out? You ready to play with the letters? It's that time again! ABC Wednesday is hosted by Mrs. Denise Nesbitt and the ABC team: Denise, Annelie, Leslie, Nathalie, Joyce, Donna, Helen, Roger, Troy, Jay, Barb, Gattina and me! And guess what? It's that day again!

Know what today is? What a Kick in the pants! It's the K day! Practice your Karate, get out your Kimono and we're going to sail off in a Ketch or a Kayak and we'll go enjoy some Kabuki theater! But first we stop for some delicious Kabobs at a place I know of! Keep your car Keys handy, take the Kids to the Kindergarten, the dogs to the Kennel and  put the Kittens in their bed by the Kitchen door. And don't forget to practice Kindness wherever you go. Use your Knowledge wisely and don't get your tail in a Knot -- oh, that's the Kittens tail, sorry!  Hopefully we won't encounter any Kinky Kings claiming to be Kindred spirits!! And no Kissing in public unless he's your Knight or you're likely to find a Knuckle under your nose!! And, yes, you can bring your Knitting -- I Know how much some of you like that.
Okay! You agree that we're Kindred spirits on this alphabetical K Day and we can all profess great Knowledge of the letter K!  And here are my K words for the day! Kinfolks,  Kids, Kindergarten, Kayak, Ketch, Kennel! All mine, but I did hide behind the door when I thumbed my nose at Sir -- Whatshisname???

Always a fun post each week and you didn't leave me down this week either. I don't know how you do it each week.

Your a kind kindred Kommentator, sorry commentator! In Dutch many words beginning with K are the same as English words beginning with C. Commentator is in Dutch the same but Class=klas, cook=kook, church=kerk, capital=kapitaal, captain=kapitein, clock= klok
Have a great K day.

I'm not sure how you are able to always conjure up ways to expound on the week's letter, but you do! And, you do it so well.
Sort of like knocking my socks off and putting me a kilter.

Your posts make me smile! The colors, the vibrancy, all those K's. My favorite is kayak. I just love kayaking, although I don't have too many opportunities to do so.
Thanks for the smile!

And I find the word KEY here - thanks!

Stellar post!

A perfect combination of words and pictures, wonderful. Its just the weather for a ketch, although I think I would know more about the knots in a kittens tail than nautical knots.

Really fun K words and great photos. I didn't know what a ketch was, maybe because I live in the desert. :)

Ooooooo, I love the Ketch. It's a nice retirement dream on our end! Love your header. I meant to tell you that last week. It simply screams Spring! Something we are lacking here in Middle Missouri as well.

I'm interested in almost everything. Use to like to travel, but it's too expensive now. I take Tai Chi classes, swim, volunteer in a Jump-start program for pre-schoolers. I'm an avid reader and like nearly everyone these days I follow politics avidly. I'm a former teacher and Special Projects Coordinator for a Telecommunications company, Assistant to the President of a Japanese silicon wafer manufacturing company. Am now enjoying retirement -- most of the time. I have two daughters, one son-in-law and two sons scattered all over the country. No grandchildren.
