Shadow Shot Sunday!

Get out the magnifying glass, get into your best sleuthing clothes and start prowling your environment looking for those wonderful, but sometimes elusive shadows. This fun and challenging meme is hosted each week by Tracy over at Hey Harriet! Click on the link under the blog title and sign up to play!!  I think all the paper work for my new apartment has been taken care of -- the older you get the more papers you have fill out!  Anyway, I'm hoping next weekend will find me in my new home!! Still gray, rainy and cold and the hunt for shadows has become even more challenging! But here we go for today! Have a great weekend everyone!
When you are courting a nice girl an hour seems like a second. When you sit on a red-hot cinder a second seems like an hour. That's relativity.
Albert Einstein

Everyone has photographic memory; some just don't have the film.

Interesting. If you see carefully, the shadow of the dog looks like a fairy's shadow!

Another interesting collage - and yes, predictably, the coloured glass is my favourite!

The Pacific Northwest looks like spring with green grass and shadowy foliage on the way. The photo artist looks ready for seasonal bliss as she surveys the land looking for unique lighting captures. Nice homestead!

I envy your green grass, Sylvia! It's still brown here. I bet you cannot wait to get settled in your new home.

Love the Einstein quote, how true it is when you're in love...look at all the grass and leaves coming out, we're still a bit cool here, but it was 67 today, so it's coming!

Have a great weekend Sylvia and enjoy the coming Spring...I'll be cleaning poop...I mean compost...ha!

You never disappoint with your shadow shots - I look forward to seeing them each week. As always, I love your coloured glass. You say that it is grey, cold and wet but these shadow photos don't show it.
Best wishes for your move to your new appartment and I hope your weekend is going well.

Good luck with your move! I do know what a hassle it is - we'll have a container to empty in a week or two and our stuff from Casa will come one day...Our move is loooong. :)
Have a good week ahead!

Lovely shadows Sylvia.
Have fun with the move. Alot of work, but I think it's always fun to organize in the new place. We sometimes see our things in a different light. :)

Hi Sylvia, oh so pretty! I was going to choose the deck shadows, and then I spotted what you have done with the wineglass ... at first it doesn't even look like a shadow. Beautiful.

Thanks so much for stopping by. Glad to know that you have been to the Alamo too.
